As you have perhaps heard, the award-winning Telos Infinity® family of IP-connected intercom products has been growing, and I'm here to give you details about what's new.

We launched three brand new Infinity Intercom panels at NAB 2026. These are upgrade replacements for the original  Master, Desktop and Expansion key panels, and they will significantly improve all aspects of your user experience –– whether they are part of a matrix-free AES67 networked system, or used within a hybrid setup alongside the Infinity Virtual Intercom Platform (aka VIP). 

The new panels feature a brand new 4-way user key design, developed specifically for Telos Infinity,  a custom adaptation of a cutting-edge proprietary tactile button technology built for highly demanding environments like broadcast, industrial applications, and gaming.

Other key features (pardon the pun) include a significantly increased button size, improved viewing angle, larger fonts, more characters, and native support for logographic languages. 

Much like the original Infinity panels, the new Mk2 Master and Desktop designs support both gooseneck mics and headsets, and have an inbuilt speaker optimised for voice communication. The Desktop Panel also features an additional touchscreen panel above the Intercom keys, which is reserved for utility control applications.
